We are delivering a Christmas version of our no-bake raw roll cake, made with plenty of pesticide-free matcha!

Even though it's not baked, it has a fluffy and chewy roll cake base, filled with a smooth, dairy-free raw cashew cream and raw matcha bean paste made with dates.

It's decorated with raw cream made with plenty of pesticide-free matcha, giving it a Bûche de Noël look.
